it is conveniently located as a base for sightseeing.

making shopping during your stay easy.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM / Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Can I invite friends into the room?

Only registered guests are allowed to enter the property.
As this is an accommodation facility similar to a hotel, allowing non-registered guests to enter is a legal violation and may result in administrative penalties or suspension of operation. Thank you for your understanding.

Is early check-in available?

Early check-in may be possible once cleaning is completed.
Guests stay in the villa until 10:00 AM, and cleaning begins afterwards.
Please contact us on the day for availability.

Is late check-out available?

We are unable to offer late check-out, as cleaning must be prepared for the next guests.

Can I stay with my pets?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Is smoking allowed?

The building is strictly non-smoking.
Please use the ashtray located outside the entrance. Thank you for your cooperation.

Can I use the parking area before check-in?

You may use the parking lot after 11:00 AM on the day of check-in.
However, cleaning staff also park there, so please use only the available spaces.

Can I use the parking area after check-out?

We are sorry, but the parking area is reserved for the next guests, so it cannot be used after check-out.

What do I need to bring for a BBQ?

We provide an electric grill.
Plates and tongs are also available, so please bring your own food and any seasonings you wish to use.

Are fireworks allowed?

Fireworks are strictly prohibited as the property is located in a residential area.
Fireworks are also not allowed on the road in front of the villa.
